Mission:
The
Lions Club International slogan is, “Campaign: Sight
First.” As you may know, the international club has
been working very hard for “sight conservation,”
which is a mission to collect used eyeglasses so that the
less fortunate may enjoy the gift of eyesight. The Kapolei
City Lions Club has pledged to raise $5000 to help in these
honorable efforts.
Mahalo Youth Campers!!! The 2006 Hawaii Lions Club International
Youth Camp was lots of fun and an overall success. We packed
Hawaii fun into every moment for these Lion cubs, and got
a lot of people from our community involved as well. We can’t
wait to host them again – come back soon!!! |
